iPhone QuickSMS 
Tired of typing the same message a million times on the iPhone? And paying for it? Well, not anymore. QuickSMS allows you to send predefined messages with 3 simple touches of your screen.
Step 1: Select the predefined message
Step 2: Select a person from you Address book.
Step 3: Select the carrier. Your message is sent.
*Step 1 details: You can add your own canned message too, instruction on how to add/delete messges are to follow further down in the guide.
**Step 2 details: The only cavet here is that there should be only one phone number associated to the contact, if there is more than one you'll be taken back to the first screen. The reason is to make the process as simple as possible and multiple phone number would make it a longer process. If we get enough feedback on changing that we will.
***Step 3 details: The reason you have to select the carrier is that the message is sent thru the SMS Gateway of the cell phone number making the text message FREE.
QuickSMS Settings:
You can can select the email address of your server provider here. i.e if your iPhone is not with AT&T.
For eg. If you were to use T-Mobile you would change the address to tmomail.net
Do not change the "Mail Relay Server" - That is provide further customaziation incase the text message increase in the future and we need a bigger server.
On this screen drag your finger across a record from right-to-left to "Delete" a particular message
To Add a new message touch the "+" sign on top of the window.

To Add a new carrier touch the "+" sign on top of the window.
There are 2 pieces of information you need. One is the Carrier name this is the user friendly name you will see.
The other is the SMS Gateway for the cell phone company you want to add.
There is a very good list of companies and their SMS Gateway on Wikipedia.

The format is something like: tmomail.net
not put the "@" symbol when adding a record.
